So a while back I failed "A Taste of Death" id da11 by killing Eola before I entered Reachcliff Cave because I thought she was an enemy I approached from behind and sniped her with a bow I've used console commands to revive her but when I try resetquest da11 it doesn't work.
I'd like to complete it and gain the Daedric artifact. Showing 1 - 14 of 14 comments. Uncle64 View Profile View Posts. Sorry to say, but you cant reset any quest. You need to load one save old save. And it will not help to revive her, since you only creates one copy, and not the actual actor. Originally posted by Kenji :.
And why did you not load the autosave from where you entered the cave the first time? If you have that on.
Instead of starting to mess whit console. Originally posted by Uncle64SwE :. Originally posted by galaxycopenhagen :. Docsprock View Profile View Posts. Sinistra View Profile View Posts. Maybe it works, if you do this: resetquest da11 setstage da11 This should reset the quest to 0, then you set the quest to the ending where you should have feasted on the body of Verulus.
If you want the "Oblivion Walker" achievement, I'm sure only the daedric quest have to be completed da11 in this case. If you want the ring as well: player. So, first reset, then additem, at last setting stage to right end Maybe again not sure you have to "complete" the intro-quest, too. Before doing all the other things. You mentioned, that you failed right at the beginning. That could have effected the entire questline.
My advise would be: resetquest da11intro setstage da11intro 20or setstage da11intro both should work. So all in all: resetquest da11intro setstage da11intro 20 resetquest da11 player.
Thank you all for your help, i will try these things as soon as i have recovered from wisdom teeth removal xD. Ok, give it a try. Get well asap. Originally posted by Sinistra :.
I don't know, if you figured this out But I had the same problem however managed to fix it hopefully it works for you too I tried resetting the quest, stage and all that stuff.
I didn't want to just add the item because one I didn't know if that would give me the Oblivion Walker achievement and two I like knowing I worked to get the item. Skeldarkday View Profile View Posts. I followed the quest for dawnguard. After bringing Serena to her father and refusing to become a vampire instead of getting a return to dawnguard castle the quest line ended there with no more quest coming from dawnguard. Is there a way to restart this quest line?

Or load one save before you talk to Seranas dad. Do you have any mods installed? Not many mods. I have the patch to fixe bugs. Inigo and the one that improves how object looks like.
That's it. I went to the leader and he does not talk to me at all. It's llike I done all the quests as the dawnguard is down in the finish section. Originally posted by Skeldarkday :.
You shouldn't be able to reach Isran directly, from what I've read on UESP upon returning to Fort Dawnguard it should be under attack and only when the vampires are dealt with you can speak with Isran.
Originally posted by MightyJean :. Have you sorted your loadorder since you say that you have mods installed and what tool have you used for installing them, or are they from CC?
The mods are all from nexus. I will try that going to dawnguard the long way. You might be right there. When you come back from the vampire castle they're suppose to be under attack? From the console it is possible, while playing the game, to enter commands that will alter most aspects of gameplay, and it is also possible to obtain detailed information about NPCs, creatures, and other items in the game.
The console prompt will appear in the lower left-hand corner of your screen. The console can also be used as a pause function during scenes or dialogue that cannot otherwise be paused. You can scroll the console output using the Page Up and Page Down keys. After you type a command, press the Enter key to activate it.
You will see the command you just entered displayed above the input area. Many commands are targeted : this means that you may use player. That can be evaded though by placing the RefID in quotes, e. You may also target an NPC or object in the console by clicking on them, and then run command to affect the NPC or object. For example, to unlock a door, open the console, click on the door so it is the active object in the console its RefID is shown at the top of the screenthen type unlock.
When multiple objects overlap, use the mouse wheel to scroll through different RefIDs until the correct one is selected. When playing on multiple monitors, the cursor will display in the secondary monitor but clicking it will select the object in the same area of the primary monitor.
Commands which are abbreviated for example: tai can also be run by using their full name; thus, ToggleAI is synonymous with taiand GetActorValue is synonymous with getav.
In most cases, the long command is an obvious progression from the abbreviation. Also, most Set Something commands have a counterpart Get Somethingeven if the counterpart isn't shown here. Some commands require a form ID. Most articles on objects provide the ID or IDs for those items. In addition, the Help command can be used to locate IDs. Help "elven sword" 0 would provide a list of all game objects with elven sword in their names.

When a command requires arguments e. The brackets are not part of the syntax. Furthermore, all REFIDs, faction, weather etc can be entered without the leading zeros, eg: additem c 1 has the same effect as above.Skyrim - Quest Debugger Tutorial
Note: There seems to be a bug when activating this when mining or woodcutting that causes your character to disappear and not be able to attack or go in to third person. Loading a previous save before this happened seems to fix this.

In general, simpler quests may work, but Diplomatic Immunity has SO many different dependencies your faction, what quest you have done, who likes you, etcthat resetting it via the console command will, undoubtedly, break it completely. Nelson Why would its dependencies prevent a reset from working correctly?

I've already had the cultists attack me, but it was when I was in the middle of the MQ, and now that it's finished I want to start the DLC fresh.
I've tried removing Dragonborn from the data files list, but removing it causes the game to crash at the title screen. I've tried using console commands to fix the problem, but I'm not really sure what the correct console command is. I've tried setstage and getstage DLC2MQ01 00, 10 and 20, but that either seemingly didn't do anything or advanced the quest too far.
If anyone can suggest anything, you'd be a real help. Last edited by Uncle Bones ; 14 Mar, am. Showing 1 - 6 of 6 comments. As long as you didn't go to Solsthein after finding the orders on the cultists, but continued with the main quest you don't need to restart the Dragonborn quest. I know, but I wanted to reset it for story purposes.
Like, some people try to kill me, but instead of tracking down their leader so I can make sure they never attempt to kill me again, I'll go and do some random crap for a few weeks. Doesn't make sense from Miraak's perspective, either.
If you sent some assassins to kill your arch rival for you, and they both never made it back, one would assume he'd send over more assassins.
As it is, he never sends over any more dudes to try and kill the player. Doesn't make any sense. Well, look at it this way. You can stop trying to save the whole world from coming to an end and go find out who is trying to kill you, or you can finish saving the world and then devote your attention to the other problem.
Plus if you encountered only the one set of cultists, you are lucky, I encountered three groups in my playthrough. EDIT: Changing the quests with console commands will lead to further problems down the road.Furthermore, we received a map with hand written suggestions and highlights. The map proved to be extremely useful and so did the hand written notes. In the packaged we also our phone for the week and vouchers. We had one minor glitch that untimatly ended up working out in our favor. The GPS which came with our car made navigating Iceland a breeze. We partially like the freedom of being able to stop when ever we saw something that interested us. Nordic Visitors website makes planning a trip to Iceland very easy. All the optional tours we picked where of high quality. We partially liked white water rafting and glacier lagoon.
We are strongly considering planning another trip with them. We were exceptionally pleased with our 7-day Express Iceland self-driving tour along the Ring Road. Nordic Visitor took care of all the details, and we hit no snags whatsoever in the rental car, accommodations, airport transfers, etc. Our Nordic Visitor representative was a master in communication - extremely prompt, helpful, and courteous.
We will definitely be looking into this company again for other Scandinavian trips. It was a fabulous experience and loved everything about Greenland, especially the Ilussiat Ice Fiord and sailing among the icebergs at midnight. The local people were very friendly and welcoming. The helicopter ride to the Ilulissat glacier was also a highlight and standing on the ice cap by the glacier was an unforgettable experience.
The only hotel that we were disappointed with was in Bergen but we only had to mention it to our travel advisor Kolbrun and she immediately addressed the concern and issued us a credit. We also left a pair of glasses at our hotel in Flam. The hotel staff must have contacted Kolbrun to let her know and she had the glasses returned to us, again great customer service.
We have never had hotel staff find and return lost items before and we really felt Kolbrun was watching over us and had our back.
